Terms & refund policy

Clear rules for tickets, cancellations, baggage, and boarding so every trip stays fair and safe.

Tickets

Tickets are valid strictly for the booked date, time, seat(s), and route. Rescheduling is subject to availability and AleleExpress approval.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure attract a 90% refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals forfeit the ticket value unless otherwise required by law.

Baggage

Each passenger is entitled to 1 standard travel bag free. Extra or oversized baggage may attract a terminal handling fee at check-in.

Conduct & boarding

AleleExpress may deny boarding where passenger details on the manifest cannot be verified, or where safety regulations require it. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
